Service > Products Knowledge > Calibration of the touch screen Incorrect handling or calibration of the touch screen will result in malfunction or insensitive response. E.g. operator accidentally activates the calibration function but fails to calibrate correctly, such problem can be solved by turning off the J2 switch on the main board, which will activate auto-calibration. Once auto-calibration is activated, a white cross will appear on the center of the screen, confirm it by touching the center of the cross with fingertip. Repeat the same process till 'save' appears, save to complete the calibration.
