Corporate Training System:
Multiweigh training department is a long-term development investment. It is the training educational institute that Zhongshan local government encourages enterprise to set up for their current employees. Since set up in 2008, it has trained hundreds of internal employees and international distributors.

The responsibility of the training department is to spread multiweigh's enterprise culture, cultivation techniques, as well as to strengthen corporate management.

Company think the corporate culture as the core competitiveness. Corporate culture's system and concept must rely on staff and consciously abide by the relevant parties in order to play a role. Training is a important way to import system and concept to employees and related parties.

Multiweigh think that Training is productivity! Multiweigh training department is managed directly by general manager. Every year, ministry of personnel is responsible to apply its annual training program to general manager for approval to implement.

Training department is inside of the company. It has got large teaching room, testing base, skill training base and department reception dormitory. It has got first-class multi-media teaching facility and can accommodate dozens of people. It is a ideal base to learn, practise and to entertain.     

Training department is committed to building long-term enterprise intelligence platform. Adhering the training concept of "students to create value", by continual innovation and exploring effective teaching method and training project, multiweigh training department raise its training level effectively and contributes to multiweigh's development.

1.Training task:
*Systemic training of company management: like training on marketing, ISO,employee manual, enterprise culture, product and safety knowledge etc.
*Invite expert or professor for special training, Invite customer for technique communication.
*Related training to company distributor or customer, mainly include professional knowledge and operation skills.
*Implement "Community and campus recruitment program", employ new staff and provide post training.

2.Training content:
*General manager to introduce company responsibility and operating concept.
*Different department manager to introduce its department responsibility, actual operating flow chart and development plant.
*Special training, for example, safety, discipline, and important regulation etc.
* Within three days after training, there is examination to check training effect. Examination is important part of the learning.

3.With assistance of the Ministry of Personnel, we set up employee training file which is important evaluation for salary and promotion.

*Adjudgement style
